How I use AI

The insights on this website are drawn from my personal experience of ordained ministry, coaching and pastoral supervision. I use AI to refine my thinking, explore ideas and check their compatibility with theoretical models such as Bowen Theory.

While I may use AI to develop an idea, the final article is my work, and I take responsibility for everything I publish.

I hope that being open about how I use AI gives readers confidence in the integrity of what I publish, as AI increasingly becomes part of how we think, learn and develop our ideas.

The pictures used to illustrate my insights are AI generated in response to my prompts.

Any feedback on my use of AI would be welcome as part of my ongoing development.
